Shipping and Return Policy
We offer free ground shipping Nationwide.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only ship with billing addresses but we can make special arrangements.

All packages will be shipped USPS unless you request us to send it by UPS.
We will send you a tracking number by e-mail once the order has been shipped. We will supply you with an order tracking number. Tracking Numbers Are Available For US Post Office Shipments and UPS.
All returns must have a return authorization number (R. A. #). Please email us with a reason for return, invoice number and date of purchase. You may return any item with its original packaging, in NEW condition, for any reason, 30 days from date of purchase. Boots worn on pavement will NOT be accepted. Defective items need to be returned with its original packaging within 30 days. All returns without R. A. # will be returned.
